Review of Little Giraffe Chenille Baby Blanket 29"x35" - All Colors

My newborn daughter got this blanket as a gift and when I found out how much it cost I was reluctant to use it for fear of destroying it (and I have a white one).Somehow it made it into her crib and now it is her special blanket.This thing washes very well and I am not very delicate with my laundry.With a little stain remover I have been able to get out anything from spit-up to poop (remember this is a WHITE blanket too).It is incredibly soft and snuggly, she just loves to curl up with it.I often think about getting a second as backup.This blanket is well worth the $$$.

In all fairness I haven't laundered this blanket yet, but out of the box it is soft, the color is vibrant, and the edges are well trimmed. It seems well made and it came beautifully packaged with a white silk bow. It would be nice however if it were made in the USA and not in China. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased two of these blankets on-line from the company when my twins girls grew out of the regular sized swaddlin blankets. My girls wouldn't sleep without being swaddled up until they were 7 months old. So you can imagine that they needed large blankets to be swaddled in. They are wonderful and now I plan on buying them for friends that are having babies. They are also great for nursing in public. The blankets are so large that you can cover yourself, your baby and anyone sitting close to you. I wish I had bought two for each baby. It was hard to make sure I washed them quickly before the next nap.
